Jennifer Dominguez is a director with nearly two decades of firsthand experience as a surrogate and doula, combining knowledge, compassion, and a deep commitment to making every surrogate and donor feel supported, informed, and valued.

Erica Mora is a Senior Surrogate Case Manager. She believes that she did not find this industry, but this industry found her. Erica was born to help people.

Heidi Morales is a Senior Surrogate Case Manager for the Surrogacy Team. She assists surrogates and parents on the facilitation of their surrogacy journeys.

Summer is the International Surrogate Case Manager. Summer works primarily with Intended Parents from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan to find a Surrogate and sometimes also an Egg Donor.

Kim Castañeda is the Surrogate Coordinator. She works closely with the Surrogacy Team to provide administrative support.

Wendy Watson is the Egg Donation Case Coordinator. After over 15 years as a Senior Manager in the restaurant industry, Wendy realized she needed a change and something that would fulfill her on a deeper level.

Tomoko Kaji is the Japanese Egg Donor Coordinator. Tomoko helps Japanese Egg Donors through the application process and assists Japanese Intended Parents in finding their Egg Donor.

Ann is an Egg Donor Coordinator, using her organizational and interpersonal skills to assist donors along their application process and journeys.

Daniela Flores is an Egg Donor Coordinator, dedicated to guiding donors and intended parents through every step of the journey. She plays a key role in facilitating communication, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for all involved.

Kayla Weidner is the Egg Donor Coordinator. Since joining the Genesis team, she has had the opportunity to connect with so many other young women, share personal experiences, and guide them through the process of being a donor.

Kelly Dethlefs is the Surrogate Intake Coordinator. Kelly works directly with Surrogates and helps them navigate the application process.

Alexandra Ryan is a committed Surrogate Intake Coordinator with a deep passion for surrogacy. As a two-time surrogate, she understands the emotional and logistical aspects of the journey firsthand.

Amanda Brown is a passionate Surrogate Intake Coordinator, bringing both personal experience as a three-time gestational carrier and deep industry knowledge to her role assisting surrogates with their agency search.
