“This review is way overdue! Before I committed to serving others through surrogacy, I took my time to conduct research on the myriad of agencies out there. I knew my search was over when I found Genesis. Each and every one of their case managers as well as the president herself are beyond kind, thoughtful, and compassionate advocates for both the surrogates and the parents.

My first journey with an intended mother was halted due to Covid and my second journey did not have an ideal outcome. Despite these hurdles, both my case manager, Erica M and the president, Lisa C both remained relentlessly sincere, warm, and understanding towards me. When I decided I wanted donate my eggs to a couple who could not conceive a child, I didn't even know where to begin. I reviewed a few websites for egg donor agencies in Los Angeles, and applied to a few. The first one to call me back was The Genesis Group. From the very beginning of the process, everyone who handled my case starting with the person who answered the phone to the person who did my evaluation, was very kind, thorough, and professional. They have a great sense of humor and make you feel more at ease. Genesis group works closely with USC Fertility Clinic, which is where I went for the entire medical portion of the process of my egg donation. (Genesis screens you psychologically, sets you up with an attorney, and does the match making between intended parents and egg donors). I have to say I was pretty nervous about all of this, and I'm pretty sure my friends thought I had lost my mind. This was my first time going through an egg donation cycle, and I really didn't know what to expect. I just recently relocated to Los Angeles from the other side of the country, and all of my family and most of my friends are still there. So this whole experience could have easily been way more scary, alienating and nerve racking if the people at USC hadn't been so darn nice and supportive. From the second I stepped into the lobby, until a month later when I was discharged after the minor surgical procedure to collect my eggs, and all of the appointments in between (and trust me, there were A LOT. I could have had my own personal chair in the waiting room with my name on it), everyone from the receptionists to the doctor handling my case (Dr. Chung) were exceptionally nice, very professional, funny, helpful, and took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me. I am really interested in medical stuff, so they all took the time to explain the technicalities and what each drug did and why, etc. I was not herded in and out or treated like a barcode. One of the doctors even took the extra time to make and print out ultrasound photo for me to take home because I asked her if I could have a copy (yes, I am that nerdy). They gave me juice and crackers when I woke up from anesthesia, and explained my discharge instructions along with handing me a copy before calling my ride home not once but THREE times to make sure they found me OK. How's that for service? If you are thinking about donating your eggs, but are unsure, or if you are an intended parent looking for a great clinic to use, I highly recommend this facility, and the Genesis Agency. They are top notch! Thanks to my wonderful experience, despite the discomfort inherent with the egg donating process, I will definitely do it again, and hope to be matched up with this clinic.

Being an egg donor has been the single most fulfilling experience in my life, besides recently becoming a first time mother myself.

The process of being an egg donor and or surrogate is intimidating. Specially, if it's your first time. It's filled with what if's? what does this mean? What happens when? How does this work? Etc. If you have decided that you want to give the most beautiful gift to another person you need someone that will be your guiding light in this process.

I am constantly approached by different agencies and individuals to be an egg donor yet time and again I have chosen ONLY to work with Genesis. Every time I work with them I know they have my best interest as well as the IP's best interest in mind. After working with them my first cycle I felt like they had become my extended family. The 'Genesis Experience' is one that's tailor made for each individual. The way everyone tended to my needs during all 5 cycles, whenever I needed it (be it 3am or 3pm) made me feel I was their only client. When in reality they are working with so many donors, surrogates and IP's at the same time.

My life now as I know it would be incomplete without Nikki (Program Director at Genesis). Over the past 4 years not only has been my mentor through my cycles but become very dear to my heart as a great friend.

Before my first cycle I did a lot of research as of to who I wanted to work with. After all my interviews and meetings I found no one out there was better than Genesis group. Even though I lived in the East Coast and they were located in the West I chose them over the other closer agencies.

I want to thank Genesis group for the amazing experience of working with them. More importantly helping me give to someone the greatest joy, being a mom now I can truly comprehend the meaning of my gift.

I absolutely love Genesis Group and and all the fantastic professionals behind it. I have nothing but positive experience with them for years and I cannot believe anyone who says they have been mistreated there. The coordinators are helpful and understanding, ready to answer any questions. You never feel like you are on your own in this because they have your back and your best interest in mind. In all the years I have never even once felt otherwise. Nikki is amazing at what she does. She has years of experience and being a mother too, she understands how emotional and sensitive this subject is for everyone involved. No one's interests are put behind in this process and so much work is put into it to make it a positive and life changing experience for everyone involved.
Lisa and Page are true professionals and are absolutely an inspiration in so many ways. A company is as trustworthy as the people behind it.
Everyone needs to take into account the fact that this is not a typical business with thousands of customer reviews because of a privacy matter. Most of the people whether it be intended parents or egg donors, are in this process anonymously. This factor alone is going to decrease the number of reviews compared to other businesses. And it becomes very easy for anyone with a personal interest to bring down the rating.

I cannot believe what an amazing experience I had with the Genesis Group! From the moment I signed to the day of my egg retrieval, they were helpful, professional and thorough. I was a first time egg donor and they explained the process to me very well and made sure I felt comfortable with everything they were doing and that I knew every step of the procedure. Tiffany kept in touch with me at all times to answer my questions and keep me informed.

This was such a wonderful organization. They worked so hard to make my experience smooth and comfortable. There are always initial worries when going into something like this but they were there to help 24/7.

I knew this would be an exciting and emotional experience but working with the Genesis Group outdid all the expectations I had. Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience! I would do it again in a second with these amazing people!

Everything that other reviews have said! Genesis is the absolute best at what they do and they really put a lot of care and compassion into their work! You can tell everyone who works there truly cares about you and tries their best to make sure you are as comfortable and happy as possible at all times during the process.
