"After years of heartache and frustration in trusting other surrogate specialists, I was referred to Genesis. I was very skeptical from previous experiences with agencies and consultants who gave me the impression that they knew what they were doing; however, working with Genesis was a blessing. Genesis exceeded my expectations because of their professionalism and attention to detail from start to finish. I felt they were fair and didn't favor the surrogate or the intended parent. Their calm presence and vast experience provided me with a comfort level I hadn't felt with other specialists. This review is not intended to bad mouth others; however, having worked with others, I learned a lot about what could go wrong and how ill-prepared so-called professionals were at dealing with issues. Other specialists dazzled me with their initial impression but dropped the ball after they received their fee. Genesis was very hands on and involved with the entire process. Genesis was different from the others I worked with from the initial contact. I can't explain how, but there was no sloppiness in how they did things. It was as if the deadlines and requirements were to be respected by all parties, and they followed through with tact and efficiency. I feel that the integrity of their name meant something to them. Also, it is important to pay attention to what people do instead of what they say. Genesis did everything to make my family a reality because that was their goal. Others gave me the impression their goal is to get their next fee. It is easy for desperation to mar a person's judgment, to want to believe what others say, but from the start, Genesis was different from other specialists. This was their business, and they treated me like a client whose goal was my goal. Having worked with other agencies, my impression was that they were working from their home in their pajamas trying to hustle their next fee. It is important to note that nothing is guaranteed in this business, but it is possible to work with an agency like Genesis who is professional and follow a formula with a successful record instead of placing your hopes in people who really are inept and don't have your best interests at heart, despite what they profess. Everyone I worked with a Genesis was incredible."
