As an an egg donor I am very pleased to say I NEVER had a bad experience working with the Genesis Group. A matter of fact, I couldn’t of asked for a better support group than the ladies working in their office. I have now donated 6 times and had a wonderful journey each and everytime. Both Lisa and Nikki were always there for me and always made sure I was doing well. If there was any question I had or anything I needed, they were prompt, knowledgeable, and always there to help me out. Both ladies helped me through so much and I will forever be grateful for them and their team. "This agency and the amazing women who represent it are not just doing a "JOB" they sacrifice so much more than just a 9 - 5 and do more than anyone can ever imagine... they are my friends... no they have become my surrosisters/family... I love Genesis and I am so thankful to have them walk beside me during both my surrogate journeys. I am a 2 time surrogate my first journey was was in 2013 and 2nd in 2016. I had quite the first journey. During my first attempt to get pregnant and celebrating pregnancy we lost the baby, shortly after loosing the baby my family was rocked with the loss of my younger brother. These women continued to be my rocks!!! If it wasn't for them I would have never been able to get through any of it.... I got pregnant and went into labor early at only 22.5 weeks pregnant. I spent 52 days in the hospital, and even though I was up in northern CA further away from the office that didn't stop them from continuing to be my rock and support."

“Our experience as Intended Parents with Genesis was so amazing! When we first started looking at agencies, we were a bit overwhelmed but our clinic gave us a short list of the ones they recommended and it just so happened that Genesis was also one that we had previously researched online. We had an initial consult with them (and two other agencies just to do our due diligence) and felt like Genesis was the best fit for us. Everyone we have talked to since signing on with them has been warm, understanding, and on top of things, including explaining each step to us. Our first embryo transfer didn't work and Genesis was so supportive to both us and our surrogate. Luckily our second transfer did work and they were with us every step of the way during the pregnancy to make sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner.
